The Cultist Tactical Neck Gaiter is an original tactical face covering designed by Dark Cell Supply, inspired by the ritual markings, underground symbolism, and shadow-driven atmosphere surrounding the cultist factions of Escape from Tarkov. Rather than replicating an in-game item, the design reinterprets Tarkov’s darker visual themes into a wearable tactical accessory built for airsoft, outdoor use, and everyday streetwear.
Featuring an all-over monochrome print, the gaiter combines fragmented cult-inspired symbols, layered textures, and angular markings to create a subtle but recognizable aesthetic influenced by Tarkov’s underground lore.
