1. Ordering
Q: Are your products official merchandise?
A: No — all items are unofficial, fan-made creations inspired by games. I am not affiliated with any game studio or publisher.
Q: Are these items in stock?
A: Some products are ready to ship, while others are available as pre-orders. Pre-order items will be clearly marked and include estimated dispatch dates.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: All orders are considered final once placed, except where required by consumer protection laws (such as the EU 14-day withdrawal period for eligible items). I do not accept cancellations unless there's a mistake on my part (e.g. duplicate order or incorrect item). If you have concerns, email me within 12 hours and I’ll do my best to help — but I cannot guarantee cancellation.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Why is shipping so expensive?
A:Because I value your money, your time, and my product.
These patches are limited, often irreplaceable, and made with care — the last thing I want is for your order to get lost in the system, or for you to waste your time and nerves wondering where it is.
That’s why I only use Registered Tracked Post. It may cost more, but it ensures:

And if anything goes wrong, I can actually help
Standard Post was cheaper, but I had missing , undelivered or delayed parcels . This way, your order is protected — and we both sleep better.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes — I ship to most countries supported by An Post. If your region is not supported, your order will be refunded.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Estimated delivery times:

USA & Rest of World: 7–15+ business days
Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or postal disruptions. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers
Q: What if my country isn’t listed?
A: If your country isn’t available at checkout, feel free to contact me at darkcellsupply@gmail.com — I'll confirm whether I can ship there.
3. Returns & Damaged Items
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: If you are in the EU, you have the right to return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving them, provided the item is unused and in resalable condition. Contact me within this time to begin the return process.
For customers outside the EU, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Q: What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
A: All orders are now sent via Tracked Post, which includes insurance and full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll assist you with submitting a claim through An Post and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Your order is protected — so if something goes wrong, you’re covered.
4. Customs & Declarations
Q: Will I be charged customs fees?
A: You may be charged duties or import taxes depending on your country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Q: Can you mark the package as a gift or undervalue it?
A: By default, I declare items at their full value. If you need a specific declaration, contact me before ordering — I may accommodate it at my discretion.
5. Products & Materials
Q: How are the patches made?
A: All patches are professionally embroidered / woven and heat-sealed on the back for durability. Each one is packaged securely for transit.
Q: Do you take custom patch commissions?
A: Yes — I accept limited custom patch commissions. The default limit is 3 patches per design, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that not all requests will be accepted. I reserve the right to decline commissions based on complexity, content, or capacity. Feel free to email me with your idea and I'll let you know if it’s doable.

7. Trouble Checking Out?
Some banks may block transactions from new or international vendors.
