Yes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the number of patches, weight, and location, but the actual postal rate is higher. I cover part of the cost myself to avoid inflated delivery charges for you.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight. I subsidise part of the postal cost on website orders, so shipping here is cheaper than through my Etsy shop.

Yes — worldwide, wherever An Post reaches.
 If An Post doesnt deliver to your country, I will contact you upon order.

Orders sent to the US may be subject to import duties, processing fees or other charges. Whether a charge is applied - and how much - is decided by US Customs and the delivery partners handling the parcel.Please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout and monitor your inbox and spam folder in case payment or additional information is required.

Why is the shipping more expensive?

International goods are sent using An Post International Insured Post. It costs more than untracked post, but provides a tracking reference and insurance cover subject to An Post’s terms.I subsidise part of the cost on website orders rather than passing the full postal rate on to you.

How can I track my parcel?

Your tracking reference will be sent after dispatch. Tracking detail depends on the destination postal carrier, and updates may pause while the parcel is travelling between Ireland and the destination country. Your tracking number remains the same and works across both An Post and your local post provider. For instance, if you're in the U.S., you can use the same tracking code on USPS Tracking.

Why hasn't tracking information updated?

Tracking can remain unchanged while a parcel is still moving through the postal network or waiting to be processed by the destination carrier. A lack of recent updates does not automatically mean the parcel is lost.
