About
Yes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the number of patches, weight, and location, but the actual postal rate is higher. I cover part of the cost myself to avoid inflated delivery charges for you.
I use express shipping - the fastest delivery option with tracking and confirmation, so your order is protected every step of the way.
Yes — worldwide, wherever An Post reaches.
If An Post doesnt deliver to your country, I will contact you upon order.
From 29 August 2025, the United States removed the previous $800 duty-free threshold. This means all parcels marked as “sale of goods” may be subject to import taxes and USPS/CBP handling fees — even small orders.
Here’s what this means in practice:
• Small orders (under $100 / €85): Most of the time, no import tax is applied. However, USPS usually adds a small handling/delivery fee of $4–10 when the parcel arrives.
• Larger orders (over $100 / €85): U.S. Customs will apply import taxes (minimum 15%) plus the USPS handling fee before delivery. To help reduce costs, I may split shipments into smaller parcels where possible.
These charges are set by U.S. Customs and USPS and are outside my control. I always declare orders fairly and keep values as low as possible so that any fees remain minimal compared to the order value.
Because your order matters. I’d rather make sure it arrives safely than gamble on the cheapest route.
Every shipment leaves the Cell via tracked and insured Express Post — it costs a little more, but it guarantees your order is handled securely and reaches you faster.
On the rare occasion something goes missing, I’ve even sent replacements from my own stock to make things right.
Once your order leaves Ireland, it’s handed over to your country’s postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, or Canada Post). Your tracking number remains the same and works across both An Post and your local postal site. For instance, if you're in the U.S., you can use the same tracking code on USPS Tracking.
International parcels sometimes pause in tracking while they’re:
• Clearing customs
• Waiting to be scanned by the local postal depot
This is especially common with Registered Post — the next update might not show until the parcel is out for delivery or even delivered.
Most parcels arrive within 10–25 business days.
If you haven’t seen any updates after that, just contact me ()and I’ll look into it for you.
