Refund Policy
EU Customers
EU customers have the right to return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale. Wherever possible, returns should be made in the original packaging. You must contact me within this period to begin the return process. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Refunds include the item cost and standard delivery fee.
This right does not apply to custom or personalized items.
Non-EU Customers
All sales are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Important Notes for All Orders
I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels, regardless of shipping method.
Registered (Trtacked) Post includes insurance and tracking, but claims must be filed directly with your local postal service.
I cannot act on your behalf to file claims or inquiries.
Delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses are not my responsibility.
Slight variations in color or design due to screen differences or the handmade nature of items do not qualify for refunds.
