These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dark Cell Supply website (“Website”) and the purchase of products (“Products”) offered on or through the Website. By using this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.

Dark Cell Supply is a personal project operated by an individual based in Ireland. It is not a registered company or sole trader. All transactions are conducted privately and on a limited basis.

All products are unofficial, independently designed merchandise. They are fan-made, artistic interpretations inspired by various fictional works and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any game studio, publisher, or rights holder.

Buyers understand that these are not official products and accept that all designs are created for decorative and personal enjoyment under fair use/fair dealing principles where applicable.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€). Buyers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, VAT, or customs fees. Payment must be made at checkout via the available payment providers.

Prices may change without prior notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

​

We currently offer two options via An Post:

5.1 Standard Post

• Tracking: Basic (not live updates)

• Insurance: Not included

• Signature: Not required

• Liability: You accept all risk with this method. Dark Cell Supply is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit via Standard Post.

5.2 Registered Post

• Tracking: Full tracking with updates

• Insurance: Up to €320 (per An Post policy)

• Signature: Required

• Liability: If lost or damaged, we will assist you in making a claim with An Post.

It is your responsibility to choose the appropriate shipping option. Delivery time frames vary based on destination and postal conditions. No guarantees are made regarding specific delivery dates.

6. Order Fulfillment

​

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. During peak periods, dispatch may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Returns and Refunds

​

7.1 All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of the items, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

7.2 Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, including photographs. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property and Disclaimer

All designs on this Website are original, artistic interpretations created for expressive, non-commercial purposes. These are fan-inspired works protected under fair use/fair dealing where applicable.
