These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dark Cell Supply website (“Website”) and the purchase of products (“Products”) offered on or through the Website. By using this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.

2. Legal Status

Dark Cell Supply is a personal project operated by an individual based in Ireland. It is not a registered company or sole trader. All transactions are conducted privately and on a limited basis.

3. Nature of Products

​

All products are unofficial, independently designed merchandise. They are fan-made, artistic interpretations inspired by various fictional works and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any game studio, publisher, or rights holder.

Buyers understand that these are not official products and accept that all designs are created for decorative and personal enjoyment under fair use/fair dealing principles where applicable.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€). Buyers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, VAT, or customs fees. Payment must be made at checkout via the available payment providers.

Prices may change without prior notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

​​

All orders are shipped via Tracked Post by default.Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and local postal conditions. While most orders arrive within the estimated window, no guarantees are made regarding specific delivery dates.

5.1 Tracked Post (An Post)

• Tracking: Full tracking with updates

• Insurance: Up to €320 (per An Post policy)

• Signature: Required

• Liability: If lost or damaged, we will assist you in making a claim with An Post.

6. Order Fulfillment

​

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. During peak periods, dispatch may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Returns and Refunds

​

7.1 EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. You must notify me by email (darkcellsupply@gmail.com) within this period to begin the return process. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

The original item cost and standard shipping fee (if paid) will be refunded once the item is received back. This right does not apply to custom or personalized items.

7.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, including photographs. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

7.3 Non-EU Orders

For all non-EU orders, all sales are considered final unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All designs on this Website are original, artistic interpretations created for expressive, non-commercial purposes. These are fan-inspired works protected under fair use/fair dealing where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability
