All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from Ireland. Each patch is carefully sealed and shipped with durability and presentation in mind.

Dark Cell Supply is not responsible for outcomes or refunds once the parcel has been dispatched.

International Shipping & Customs
We ship to most countries supported by An Post, our national postal provider. If An Post does not service your region, we unfortunately cannot fulfill your order.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
We declare items at their full value on customs forms by default. If you require a specific declaration, please contact us before placing your order — we may accommodate such requests at our discretion.
Important Note
If An Post does not support delivery to your region, your payment will be refunded in full.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once they have been dispatched.

Standard Post is uninsured and untracked, and no replacements or refunds will be issued for orders lost or damaged during transit using this method.

Registered Post includes insurance (up to €320, per An Post’s terms). If your order is lost or arrives damaged, you may contact An Post directly to initiate a claim.
Dark Cell Supply does not handle claims or refund requests for lost parcels.
Please ensure you select Registered Post if you wish to use a method with tracking and insurance.
Shipping Terms
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to An Post, all responsibility for the package lies with the buyer. Dark Cell Supply assumes no liability for delays, damage, loss, or non-delivery caused by postal carriers.
We are not a party to your postal agreement and will not file claims or contact An Post on your behalf. Choosing Registered Post gives you tracking and limited insurance, but any claims must be made through your local postal authority.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and method. You will see the final amount before payment is processed.
